P.C.C. is located in West Devon and is a new venture founded by Ian Gray and Andrew Vallance. With more than 25 years of combined experience, we have come together to form a company that can provide high quality workmanship within our specialist areas and will offer a friendly, reliable and trusted service from the first meeting to the completed project.

We are able to take on short and long term project work within the entire South West Peninsula area, we aim to grow our business over the coming years through reputation, professional referrals and ongoing partnerships.
